Vaporwear by Saraai: Athleisure Sub-Brand Launch & Identity Design

Spearheaded the design, branding, and campaign strategy for Vaporwear, Saraai's new athleisure line. The project focused on developing an affordable, high-quality collection and a motion-themed logo to successfully capture market share in the local activewear segment.

Saraai aimed to penetrate the competitive affordable athleisure market, which is currently dominated by local players. This required a comprehensive approach, where I was responsible for:

  • Apparel Design: Developing a new line of activewear apparel focusing on quality and affordability.

  • Brand Identity: Creating the logo for the Vaporwear sub-brand. The design is a speed-oriented, lightning-themed 'S' (as shown in the attached image) to convey motion and performance, subtly connecting to the fiery 'S' theme of the parent Saraai brand.

  • Market Strategy: Developing the marketing content and leading the launch campaign.

The campaign has successfully created a strong initial presence and is currently showing promising results in capturing new market share within the target segment.
